Statement

I create art to transport the viewer into a different time and place, another world completely different from the one they currently inhabit. My goal is to create this world out of a single moment in time, and invite the viewer to investigate it; to unravel the history, culture, and mystery that it holds inside.
My art blends elements of science fiction and fantasy, and is inspired by comics, anime, and too many fantasy books to count. I have been heavily influenced by artists such as Fiona Staples, Kim Jung Gi, and Mœbius, whose masterful line work and character design I hope to pay homage to in my own art. These influences push me to hone my craft, and continue to inspire me today.
